Lunch onboard:

Hotel/Villa Transfer (air-conditioned minivans, up to 10 passengers):

• Bangrak, Choengmon: 2,000 THB

Important note: Vans cannot generally access hotels or villas reachable by steep roads. Please consult us for such situations.

Cancellation:

• By boat operator (weather conditions or mechanical issues):
  Alternative date or full refund will be offered.

• By customer:

• If cancelled less than 15 days before the trip date, the 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.

• Failure to pay the remaining 50% at least 7 days before the trip date will be considered a cancellation. The 50% deposit will not be refunded.

• If cancelled within 7 days before the trip date, the full payment will not be refunded.
